So when I moved in to my new place my given password was not being accepted. I reset it multiple times through our apartments portal with no luck. Decided to double check all of the physical devices and power cycle everything. When I unplugged and replugged in this black spectrum modem I no longer had any led indicators, even power. Any ideas?
