I trust my therapist a lot and I want to tell him about my suicidal thoughts. However I’m currently a minor, and while I live with my mom, I don’t trust her with anything. Especially this in particular, mainly because I once overheard her saying she’d wanted to kill herself and I don’t want to exacerbate that or something, since things are already bad enough here. Is there a way I can tell my therapist that won’t result in him telling my mom at all?
