Hi, after the year 2025, I am observing some extreme shifts in the views of some police officers and some senior citizens about Generation Z youths. Where, I have seen some police officers and some senior citizens becoming extremely good and well behaved to Generation Z youths and praising them and wishing them success and supporting the idea of the Generation Z youths being independent and contributing well to the society. While on the other hand, I have also seen some police officers and some senior citizens feeling extremely agitated and irritated when they come near Generation Z youths even if they (the Generation Z youths) are not doing anything bad or disturbing others and those senior citizens and police officers act agitated even if the Generation Z youths make the slightest mistake unintentionally like waving hands a little more faster while walking in the crowds for feeling tired or accidentally keeping bags in the bus seat for being on a hurry. Now yes, sometimes, people look irritated, angry and agitated when they are in high stress situations and they also act as if they are irritated during periods of high stress although they really aren't angry, agitated or irritated. But I have seen these two extreme shifts in views about Generation Z among the police officers and senior citizens become more common after the year 2025, where some police officers and senior citizens have very positive views about Generation Z youths while some police officers and senior citizens feel extremely agitated and irritated when they come near Generation Z youths.
Now all these are my personal observations. But I am just curious to know about the experiences of others regarding similar personal observations to that of mine if they ever faced or experienced something like that after 2025.
I am not being biased or judgemental to anyone or any groups or professions. But I just want to know whether others have similar observations or experiences to that of mine or it is just an illusion of mine that I didn't notice before for some reasons.
Also, there can be many causes for things similar to my personal observation to happen around me, like increase in stress, economic crisis or even increase in crime rate that is negatively affecting the society and causing a situation of fear, stigma and mistrust within the society.
But please share with me here, if any of you here have faced or observed similar experiences in Bangladesh after 2025 and what can be the reasons for these things according to your personal observations and opinions. By the way, thanks in advance.
