Which game (that you werent particularly interested in) surprised you by how much fun it is?
Because of the Sony news, I bought a ps2 and a ps3. And I got The Orange Box for ps3 which includes Portal, Half life 2 + episodes and TF2.
And I just put in said disc and starting HL2 not expecting a lot.
Holy cow, what a great game! You wouldnt think this game is 20 years old! I had absolutely no expectations and I'm so glad I got this game. Visually its still "ok" and the gameplay is just smooth as butter.
Did you experience something similar?
Whats a very useful mechanic you didnt "discover" until very late into the game?
Without spoiling anything, but in Clair Obscure, I didnt pay enough attention to Lune's skilltree and just found out after 30 something hours, that she has a skill for reviving. And I always ran out of revival-items..
Whats your picks?
Whats a genre or franchise you couldnt get into, until you tried a certain title?
I tried Dark Souls, Demons Souls Remake and Elden Ring. They just didnt click with me.
Then I gave Bloodborne a shot. And although the 30fps was rough at first, I put 35 hours into it and really became a fan.
Which are your picks?
Which games have you completed more than once and why?
The "why" is of course very subjective. It could be just because of fun, because of achievements, different dialogue choices in an rpg or whatever.
Im currently doing my second playthrough of RE4 remake.
RE2 remake i've probably played through at least 10 times.
