Hi everyone! My group of 4 is looking for a house to move into on September 1st. We are responsible, clean, and looking for a long-term lease for the next school year. Location: Within 1 mile of UCR (walking/biking distance preferred). Size: 4 or 5 Bedrooms. Budget: ~$3,100 for 4BR / ~$3,800 for 5BR. Duration: Full academic year (Sept–Aug)
