Money Management Question

Wanted to get opinions from similar individuals on Money management apps like Rocket Money, Ynab, Monarch, and copilot. My spending habits arnt the greatest even considering I heavily invest in acorns and my 401k and was hoping to delve deeper into managing myself with the help of one of these. Apparently Mint was a great one before it’s shut down, now I’m not sure which of them to go for.

Just started investing into my(25m) roth401k through my employment and they have a few options to choose from mainly the target date funds 2050-2070, but also blackrock index’s, large cap, small cap, international, real assets, and some bonds. The TDF are at a .18 expense ratio and I don’t know if that’s good or not. Leaning towards a full 100% allocation of a TDF, but unsure and if I do what’s the difference between the say 2060-2070 TDF?

I have a Meryll account with my employer that also gives a 6% match which is a little more than an extra $100 per pay period which allows me to put around 500 a month into it , I’m not sure what the meryll account actually invests into, but I’ve noticed that the 40 year projection on how much will be made is vastly less than the acorns 40 yr projection even though that has about 400 a month going into it, not sure if the projection is just inaccurate or if acorns had a better portfolio.
