Hey I need some help ! I just applied at a autozone & I got offered a position. I know my interview went well and everything but I have a misdemeanor from about 5-6 years ago of theft . I been out of trouble since and haven’t had any issues with that. I’m suppose to do a background check soon will I be considered or will I be denied because of my issue that happen years ago . Please be honest and straight up I just got laid off and really need this job but I just want to see what people know or been through this.
