When did pregnancy start affecting your day to day life?

Hi all, I’m 29 and 12w pregnant with di/di twins (first pregnancy) and struggling to envision what my life will look like this summer - pre pregnancy I was very active, workout regularly, volunteer, socialize, etc. Right now everything still feels “easy” but I feel like I’m floating on a little
ship approaching a big iceberg of Twin Pregnancy based on reading so many experiences here of people saying by 25, 28, 30 weeks pregnant they couldn’t function. When do you feel like your pregnancy started seriously affecting your life? Or diverging from a single pregnancy? I know it’s different for everyone but friends/family are starting to plan things for summer and I have no idea of what I can do - can I got to a festival at 18 weeks? A wedding at 24? Drive four hours to visit family at 28?

I have two friends pregnant on a similar timeline as me but with singles and I keep wondering when our experiences will start diverging. Being pregnant with twins honestly just feels so lonely and terrifying!
