First day, did I do the wrong thing?
I started as a P1 today at a facility and went through a lot of the usual stuff, went to my facility, met some people in my area was shown where I was supposed to be.
I got there at 7:45 or so, then finally got to my facility where I met my ambassador, talked for a little bit, got shown around and was supposed to have another discussion with him before I left (or I think anyways, it wasn’t really clear) was given some stuff to read and other stuff related to my area, waited for about 2 hours or so until I finally said I’m not really sure what’s happening, I don’t know what time I’m supposed to be here tomorrow, I don’t know what my schedule is supposed to be, I don’t know what I need to really do beyond my trainings, and i don’t know how to track my time or anything for my first 2 days. I had a lot of questions I just feel like I couldn’t really get answered.
I left around 6:30 or so and left a message.
Did I do the wrong thing? I’m just worried I made the wrong move. I sat around for awhile but I felt that like also would’ve got me into some trouble.
I’m still very excited for this job, I just felt like it was a little chaotic. I’m not trying to complain, I just wasn’t sure how this environment is supposed to work normally
