Bleached my hair last night and toned it this morning with Wella T18. My goal is whiiiite, some pieces are slightly overtoned but that’s basically my goal. My hair seemed to be bleached pretty even so I’m confused as to why this happened. Did I not use enough toner/ distribute it well (I only used one bottle)? Should I do a bleach bath and try to retone in a week or so? First pictures are current, then my hair this morning untoned, then my starting hair.
ETA: bleached with 20vol
