Iron question

Hello, I’m searching for answers. I posted about low ferritin and you guys said see gyno and GI. gyno cleared me, I got a trans vaginal ultrasound and everything was ok. No concerns. I went to GI and they ran the iron panel. I posted the results on the first picture. My ferritin went up but the sat is high. I’ve had this result in the past. I’m a carrier for H63D hemochromatosis. They didn’t check for the more obscure variants. Now to my question, I feel awful. My eyes are turning black like never before. I cannot get up. I am repulsed by meat and high fatty foods. I feel like going to the ER but idk if they can help me. Could my issues and presentation be from iron overload even though ferritin is low?

I’m assuming my MD will follow up, maybe after my stool tests come back. But I’m concerned about how I feel and look. Idk how to have the ER not dismiss my concerns.

Hello, I have Nr-AxSpa. I have been included in a trial to start bimzelx infusion vs injectable for PSA/AxSpa. I’m not assigned to a group yet. For those of you who have done infusions, how did you feel that day? Tired? Sick? I’m trying to live my life and go to a comedy show, and coincidently it’s the first thing I’ve done in months and it just so happens to fall on infusion day.

My PCP says this isn’t a concern because hemoglobin is normal. Should I get a new PCP? I’m 39 f. I have very light periods. Usually 2-3 days max.
