Does anyone have a recommendation of a good place to work (has wifi, is chill w laptops), in San Mateo, Burlingame or Millbrae, that is open past 8pm with wifi? I wish the public library down town SM was open later :(

Hi all. I have a BA in environmental science and have taken several geology and oceanography courses. Soon I’ll be starting graduate school for an MSc in environmental sciences in the EU (will have 1-2 geo courses I think).
My course work so far though is not enough and especially not enough to qualify for ‘upper division’ since they’re from community college.
My ultimate goal is to work in resource management, land survey, or remedial management in CA. Is it worth taking online courses from accredited universities or something?
Also curious how others prepare for the exam.
