I’ve had a few Pokémon-related listings taken down on Etsy for IP/trademark issues (not all at once, but in batches).

Right now, I still have one remaining listing that is actually my best seller. The others are already removed or I plan to remove them.

The takedown notices came from a third-party enforcement contact (pokemon@brandshield.com), which I understand is working on behalf of The Pokémon Company.

I’m not trying to bypass anything, I just want to make a smart long-term decision.

Should I:

• keep the remaining listing for now
• remove everything and fully pivot
• or redesign and move away from IP-related products completely?

Any advice from people who’ve been through this would really help.
