I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease starting in July!

This is for one private bedroom and bathroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath (Platinum) apartment at Campus Edge in Raleigh, NC. Rent is $960/month and utilities are included. The unit is fully furnished.

You would have your own room and bathroom, and share the common areas (kitchen/living room) with one roommate.

The location is perfect—super close to NC State and in a very student-friendly area with great amenities.
