why would concurrent filing i-140/485 speed up the processing time
Like title. I've heard many people (and my law firm) said that it might speed up processing time but I'm still confused as to why. Genuinely asking because I'm debating whether I should do it
They won't consider your 485 unless your 140 is approved. Why would they look at your 485 package simultaneously with your 140?
I heard that concurrent filing cases get processed at other service centers and not NBC which is where the processing time is faster. Is this true?
Thanks!
