Hi,

I received the mouse 3 days ago and I could feel the dongle and the cable being warm to the touch, I reached out to the support for a refund/replacement but they said that it is normal for the cable and dongle to run a bit warm.
Today the dongle died, the mouse works fine with the cable but won't connect via dongle. There is no lights on the dongle either. I bought it from the official MCHOSE Store and paid extra for the shipping.
Is there any official rep here who can help me out with this, thanks.

I am from Portugal/EU if that matters. Thanks.
