Anyone know how to provide feedback for DFA Aseana's services?
I have taken a photo of the QR code in one of their tarps but it looks like they are "no longer taking responses". If I had more time, I would have given feedback directly but I was too drained to act on it right away. I was hoping my experience was isolated because it was dehumanizing, but it looks like some folks here have experienced the same thing. I usually have a pretty high tolerance for people who seem "rude" because I always think they might be having a bad day, but I also would like to think I deserve more respect and not to be shouted at randomly. What's crazy is that the staff who are stationed outside, and exposed to the heat are much nicer than the people inside those airconditioned rooms.
