Not sure what this means 🤷🏽‍♀️

Not sure what this means 🤷🏽‍♀️

Can I get some context.
I had a positive? ANA in 2024, my doctor never reached back out to me afterwards. Fast forward to this year I go in for fibroadenoma and bring up the test results. She looked at it and immediately ordered an Ana positive panel and scheduled me with a rheumatologist. I took did the bloodwork last week and these were the results. Since the bloodwork I have felt my symptoms get worse ( severe fatigue, muscle and joint pain, swollen legs, sensitivity to the heat).

I’m not asking for a diagnosis I just want some more insight on the test results and what the are testing for/what questions should I ask my doc.

Also I have my rheumatology appointment in SEPTEMBER. And my pcp just canceled my appointment for today so I am trying to meet with another provider to ask questions.

Biopsy benign but going back for further testing??

Hi guys!! I (23F) just went to the doctor mid April. I had felt a lump in my breast for a while. Maybe over a year that was slow growing. I even forgot about it for about a month and a half. Everyone I told said it was most likely dense breast tissue and pushed it off.

Fast forward to last month, I went to the doctor for my physical and told her about it, in which she performed an exam and referred me to get an ultrasound. When at the ultrasound, the mass came up dark in color. That freaked me out. They also said that I needed to get a biopsy. I didn’t think much of it until after my biopsy. The doctor really struggled to get into the mass with the core needle. Homie put most of his body wait into my chest. Also my RN and ultrasound tech were awesome. But after the biopsy I went home didn’t think much of it until three days later. Of course I’m in bed and the dread starts to hit. I stay up all night reading this subreddit and the breast cancer one.
I got the results today and the first thing the nurse told me was it was benign. Whew huge relief right?!? Well after that she proceeds to tell me that the findings don’t match the imaging. She said pathology saw it as a 3.4x1.6x2.9cm mass of fibroadipose tissue with features suggesting a lipoma with little speculation of malignancy. However, the mass is hard like a marble, and semi textured to the touch and on radiology it was hypoechoic. She then tells me that I’m going to have to get in ASAP to see a breast surgeon so she can compare the findings and see if I need an MRI. AWESOME, WOW!!

Also When I look up my symptoms and lipoma, something called liposarcoma pops up, a rare cancer ours tumor especially in the breast. I’m not sure how to feel since my next appointment is in a week from now and I have raging OCD and I can’t stop the spiraling thoughts. Any advice or words of encouragement are welcomed 🫶🏽🫶🏽
