Ihave this rash it’s itchy and it’s been spreading more throughout the week I can’t tell if it’s heat rash or hives or hives my parents said it may be it’s behind my ears my upper and lower back and lower stomach and shoulders

What do you think this may be? I have been told by my dad and mom maybe heat rash but it’s getting worse by the week so idk what to do it’s pretty itchy , I work in a warehouse and the weathers changing so maybe it is heat rash but rather safe then sorry
