Mydayis vs focalin experiences

Mydayis vs focalin experiences

Anybody tried both? I'm on 25mg mydayis again. I was on it in November and December, took a med vacation for Christmas and just never got around to taking it again until Monday. It worked ok in November and December.

Now, my mood is kind of up and down throughout the day but I don't have a crash per se. My executive function is better but I get into focus tunnels on my phone. i feel like my short term memory is actually worse, and I sometimes have trouble finding words or lose my train of thought - this happened the duration for when I was on it November and December too. I'm getting into an exercise routine and probably going to try going to 12.5mg to see if I can manage with a lower dose.

But I keep on having the thought of trying focalin as I've heard it's a little smoother. Probably less likely to make me tunnel vision and forgetful.

Anyone have any experiences?

I started taking strattera 40mg about two weeks ago. I took it for 4 days in a row, had mostly physical sides like nausea and vasoconstriction, didn't take it that weekend because I didn't want to deal with it at two longer shifts. Restarted and now am day 11 of the restart. So I've taken it for almost two weeks consecutively but 15 times total. It's been ok until this weekend.

Since Sunday 3 days ago I feel like I've triggered a depression that I haven't felt for two years. Anhedonia, irritation, rumination, feeling numb and it's pretty hellish. Today I feel even more agitated.

I know this med is has a reputation of being brutal to start but is this worth pushing through? And I'm probably going to go up to 80 which is the real therapeutic dose. If it's just another week of feeling depressed I guess I can handle it but any longer than that is too much. I want to quit it already cuz this is ruining my productivity and life enjoyment but the idea that after another few days it'll balance out makes me hesitate
