hi yall! i (F, 20s) have a vocal range of C#3 to F5. i think that makes me an alto? however, i mostly write songs in the higher end of my chest voice. i feel like ive mostly excluded the low end because due to gender norms, i felt that as a woman, my voice should be higher.

can any of you relate? im really trying to appreciate being in a lower register. i can generally sing all the female villain songs in musicals! thank you for reading!
