Looking for a solid black kitten specifically. I will be trying some of the local shelters but I'm not a fan of places like Pawmetto Lifeline due to their very intensive interviews, application processing that can take weeks, speaking with employers, vets, and seeing your home. We live in a relaxed environment with many happy pets over the years. But we're introverted and have moved in the past with no consistent vet and the process is just very long and invasive. They make you do that before even seeing an animal and if he or she may work for you.

I just want to help a little black kitty. If anyone knows someone who found any, found any, or some of the best shelters around here, that would be great.
