Uber really need to do better I get an order 7pm something go drive there and they are closed for over an hour not the place of businesses fault. But uber fault no compensation and my rate drop cause "i had to cancel" this should not be on the driver we should get a pass and some kind on compensation

Unfair practice

I think uber is being unfair to drivers when it comes to cancel orders holding our rates liable .if we cancel a order fine that's on us but to hold us liable to cancel an order to no fault of our own (some one else took the order,store is close, store ran out of product) we should not have our rate suffer for that
