How can I fix this? The flashing (not clear on video) started after I ran a pixel screen burn fix and the after images are the reason I ran the video.

to be clear I did not install anything. I just ran a video from YouTube after talking to AI for 10 mins explaining the problem and asking it what to do. The most frustrating part is that it just happened out of nowhere, one second the screen was fine the next I’m getting these 2 second short burns that seem to alternate between 2 seconds of burn, and 2 seconds of normal display.
