Levi Mariano and Manila Water

So bakit may bungkalan na naman sa Levi Mariano. 3 different spots if I am not mistaken. People still haven’t forgotten the nightmare that took like 2 years in that road. And it’s like the same spots where they are digging right now. So anong nangyari sa napakatagal na bungkalan nun?

The traffic is reaching the main C5 road.

Sino ba accountable dyan? Cayetano? Villars because they were responsible for that road too? Manila water??? Grabe perwisyo.

What was this road supposedly for? Can construction be resumed? Parang produkto ng corruption 🤦

Somewhere along C5 and Bayani Road intersection.

Travel Abroad or Save for a House?

Family of 3. With a toddler. Travelled to a few countries including Japan, US, Europe and few nearby ones. Had the best time of our lives as a family. But those trips especially the 3 mentioned somehow broke the bank. Earning 200k per month but still renting and cannot commit to a House considering the prices (we want to live in a gated community).

Therefore sa inyo, travel or house?

Won land dispute. Now with title. Brgy cannot help. What next?

Hi all. Would lime to ask what is the next thing to do. After more than 20 years battle of my parents for a residential lot, they won again already in DENR (done with RCT and court of appeals). No appeal was done after this decision so we filed for certificate of finality of judgement and now land title was granted.

When we went to the barangay to ask for assistance in informing the other party to vacate and remove their things, they refused. Another barangay meeting was held, but the barangay officials seem hesitant to honor the documents (Title and Certificate of Finality). They told us we need an "execution" document.

But anyway, my parents are wondering since the pervious lawyer who handled their case is now retired and they might have to spend big money again if they will get another one for this (despite having won the case). They are now senior citizens, hence the concern. Would you what the best next step would be? Thank you very much!
