does anyone have any advice or cues for butterfly/extended butterfly? I’ve only been doing pole for about 4 months and this was literally my first time trying this so Im still learning. I’m trying to turn my leg out but I don’t rly understand it yet. I felt a little heavy with my back leg coming down
