The constant battle between the gym and the love for food...

I’ve noticed that if I drop just 1 or 2 lbs, my abs become way more pronounced and the lines kinda pop. But if I binge even just a little bit, the definition starts to hide. It's a total dilemma because I absolutely love my food! Finding that sweet spot between staying lean and enjoying life is the real challenge!

26 years ago in the year 2000, I was 35 and full of energy. Today at 61, I’m stronger and more disciplined. Age is just a number 💪
