High protein diet, consistent weight lifting and progressive overload was the answer

M/23/6’2" [175lbs to 207lbs] (4 years; 7 months) + (B:240lbs; S:415x2lbs; D515lbs)

First few photos are from around my beginning of lifting until now. Progress from previous post has been a little over a year. I tried to keep the angles similar but also provide more for back progress, lighting has changes.

Photos are from peak cut, I’ve since started the bulk again.

Happy to answer any questions or discuss other diet/training plan/lifestyle questions plus full in more details

M/21/6’3” [265lbs to 198lbs] (16 months) - 6 month only weight loss + 10 month gym.

First 6 months I was only focusing on cutting down the weight and only after that I started going to the gym.

Wish I started lifting weights at the same time I decided I start losing fat.

M/23/5’7” [145lbs to 151lbs] (2 months) - Have I made any progress?

I’ve been going to the gym 4 days a week for the past 2 months and eating 300 above my maintenance calories. I know 2 months is a short time but is there any difference?

Perhaps not as dramatic as some of y’all, but very proud of my journey so far. Lifting 5 days a week and high protein diet.

M/26/5’10” [125lbs to 150lbs] (24 months)

It’s definitely not as dramatic as some of the other posts on here, but I’m proud of my progress so far. Eating has by far been the biggest challenge for me, but I’m happy that I’ve managed to get stronger.

M/29/5'11" [85kg to 92kg] (5 years) - Calf gains

In the "before" photo I was already training for about a year. Anyway, calf gains aren't just genetics. Sure muscle insertions are, but calves can be built with the right approach.

M/37/180cm [83kg > 78.1kg = 4.5kg lost] (7 weeks) — body recomp / leaning out progress. Does the transformation show?”

I got stabbed in the back by somebody who was a friend. And as a result the stress of it all and combined with dieting made me use about this amount of weight. Unfortunately, both the stress and psychological factors crashed my libido slightly.

Thoughts

M/30/5'8" [217 to 137lbs] (3 years)

First I lost 60 lbs, then started lifting. I've been lifting for 2 years, but took a few breaks and never really dialed in on my diet until more recently. I'm currently cutting to 130lbs then going to do a very slow bulk.
