What to do about these dark spots on my forehead?

What to do about these dark spots on my forehead?

For years I’ve had these weird dark spots around my brow ridge area, I’ve had them for as long as I can remember and I know that they aren’t from a hat or durag or anything.

Does anyone know how I can lighten that up, or even out my skin tone throughout? I use Tend Skin for razor bumps and I feel like it makes my complexion weird, like washed out, almost.

Thanks!

M/29/6’0” [229lbs to 212lbs] (2 years) leaned out before committing to a solid bulk

Pics in reverse order, got down to about 180ish lbs at my leanest (2nd pic)

28M, not sure what to do next after finishing long bulk

Started at 229lbs (top left), spent about 8 months cutting down to 180ish (bottom left), and then spent the next year and a half committed to a proper lean-ish bulk. 2nd slide pic is the most recent, I’m back up to 215lbs. I’m 6 foot.

Not sure what to do now. I like the idea of getting back to my original 229 but not sure how feasible that is without putting on a lot of fat or just looking silly. I’m in no rush to cut again after that 8 month stretch. I mostly wanna just coast now but not sure what the right way to approach it is. I started lifting just for looks/girls and at this point wouldn’t mind quitting entirely or cutting back to a full body workout a couple of times a week or something.

What’s the best way to proceed? Thanks!

28M/6’0/215 lbs, Finished a long bulk. What do I do now?

Started 229lbs, cut down to about 180, and spent over 18 months bulking back up to 215ish. Do I cut now, keep going, or just coast?

What do you even lift for if it isn’t to get with girls like these?

Imagine the hormone boost that comes from working out alongside a muscle mami like this, or the bulking meals that she’d cook.

We gotta end the sexual frustration that comes from liking women shaped like 15 year old boys. You guys are just holding yourselves back.

You’ll literally never be happy until you find a thick girl that works out

You’re all so miserable because these skinny girls and twinks don’t tap into your dopamine receptors like a real woman would. They can literally always cook too.

I’m incredibly dissapointed in all of you for depriving yourselves of this.

Ggs, my Hinge posting got me in some hot water

A girl I’ve been messing around with caught wind of my last post from a friend or someone and recognized herself in the list of matches. Ban might be incoming cause I’m assuming I got reported.

I’m gonna miss that BBL, they’re my weakness.

People wanted to see my profile after my last couple of Hinge posts

No professional photos, just low effort selfies. No hair, no crazy height, not insanely good looking or anything. Posting for science.

I do think most guys should be able to clean up on Hinge if they aren’t autistic and don’t live in the middle of nowhere.

Hinge match notes are an underrated feature

On my last Hinge complaint post everybody said I had no game but today everybody’s responding to the dumbass low effort match note I just put.

You guys might’ve been right. Easy money?

Do I maintain or keep going? 2 year journey.

Started off at 229lbs and spent 7 months cutting down to 180ish. Maintained there for another 3-4 months before committing a solid year of bulking that is now over. I’m 6 foot, currently 215lbs, pumped post-workout in the first pic and fresh out of bed in the second. Last pic is my progress over the 2 years with the top right pic of me at my leanest being the day I started the bulk.

Can I go further without looking silly? I’m not a bodybuilder, just committed to looking my best. I like the idea of returning to my starting weight of 229lbs while staying somewhat lean but I don’t know how feasible another 15lbs is.

Also, can anyone estimate my current BF%? Thanks!

I’m tired of this app, boss.

I get that it’s a numbers game but so many of them are like this that it just leads to burnout. Anyone else struggle to hold conversations with these girls?
