28F. i need help in reducing the flare up of my hormonal acne. i cant be on birth control and or any pills. i have lost 4 kgs in the past month (52kgs right now)

I have had hormonal acne from last 6 years but it never got this worse!!

i know its internal hormonal issue and iam working on it slowly. but i need skincare advice. which calming products to use ? should i add actives?

and please no korean skincare please. i have had either terrible reaction or no results at all

current routine

am
wash with water

lrp sunscreen (if i go out)

pm
simple moisturising cleanser
