How do I know if this product is legit? [Product Question]

Hello all, I just got sold on this product at a local market in Italy. It claims to be 100% snail secretion and I'm just wondering how accurate that is and how this market is regulated in Italy as I've never really experimented with it. Any skincare enthusiast got any tips?
