What helps you with anxiety/depression
Hi everyone and all,
just to give some context, I was using for 5 years and ended on 80 - 100 gpd (powder). I started tapering in November and intended to go really slow.
I am currently on 2.3 gpd.
As I am going really slow, I don't have almost any symtoms at all except for deep anxiety and depressive episodes few days a month. I feel it in my chest, in my heart, it hurts physically and it lingers for hours and as I am a single working parent, its just hell to push through.
I would love to know if something helps you with this particular symptom.
I do take ashwaganda, saffron, but its not always helpful. I know nothing will magically work and errase a years of abusing this hell of a drug. But if you had any tip, I would be gratefull.
