Dissociated and now I can’t speak
I dissociated during a session today. It happens sometimes. My therapist helped me come back but since then I haven’t been able to speak. I don’t know what to do. I’ve dissociated so many times before but this has never happened to me.
EDIT: what can I do to speak again?
