A curly chop and some highlights gave my curls LIFE ✨
As someone who waited entirely too long to take care of her curls, and coming from a mother who didn’t know how to take care of my hair either…. Here’s to finding my curls!
Keep in mind I have thin, low density curls so volume is always my goal.
ROUTINE
- Odele clarifying shampoo, Pattern medium conditioner.
- Pattern leave in conditioner while hair is soaked.
- Scrunch with microfiber towel to get excess product/water
- Diffuse with dryer
- Pick apart curls ONLY after they are completely dry. Fluff with Pattern hair pick.
For hair mask I use K18 leave in mask. I don’t use it often because I do find that it can be a little heavy.
I don’t use a bonnet or a satin pillow case. I bet I’d get even better results if I did!
Edit: sometimes I diffuse with The Doux mousse texture foam. It depends on the day. I like my hair fluffy so I try not to use too much product.
