Since we learn ingame that when Ultimate Weapon was fired 5 years ago thus creating new mega stones, i personally think we got to see at least 2 of those stones immediately being created: both Mewtwonites.

My take is, supposing other mega stones were created a loooong time ago, and Mewtwo being a scientific experiment born recently (historically speaking), mewtwonites couldn't be created due to the lack of the pokemon, and having them in XY just after the weapon was used again kinda makes me think they are the first ones created for the most powerful pokemon.

It just... Makes sense to me, anyone would like to share or take his shot at making this even more factible?
