What is the best form of exercise for weight loss?

Some people say cardio alone for immediate weight loss, some people say a mix of weightloss and cardio, some people say cardio is waste for weight loss only spamming strength training is going to be good. I have started going to the gym from last week and have been doing 30 mins treadmill (10 mins incline speed 3.5 and 20 minutes normal speed 4-6) and elliptical machine and the cycling machine because I thought cardio is what burns fat but I've been seeing many different opinions on here idk what to believe. So I just wanted to know what I should solely focus on other than diet, I'm just asking about the workout part here.
