Recently started to get visited by a pigeon with pink, slightly inflamed eyes who seems sickly. I looked it up and apparently it’s called one-eyed-cold?

I feed the pigeons a lot but am no expert, is there anyone in Brighton/Hove who knows of a rehab somewhere or could offer advice on medication?
