I am new to the sub, so please do not crucify me if this is a ubiquitous inquiry that's been covered 1 million times I don't have time to read through all the historical posts.
. I live in New Hampshire and waited a year to move up the list and yesterday I had my orientation and signed all the paperwork. The representative explained the process to get the voucher and said there would be a background check and I'm wondering what types of crimes i.e. can a DUI exclude you from getting the voucher?

A couple months ago, I moved from LA to the state of New Hampshire. I have a leftover EBT California balance. I have yet to apply for new benefits here in NH. If I sign up over here will California erase my PAST balance?

****NOTE: I already know that they will cancel California EBT (not trying to double dip or commit fraud) and I will get NO FUTURE benefits. This post is strictly asking about the past balance.
