For about a year I’ve been working a new role and I’m just not happy, the stress, work environment, the position overall just doesn’t seem to be the way I thought, and doesn’t align with my career path.

I miss my old job and i regret leaving. Is it frowned upon to reapply to my old job when they have a posting come up?

I was doing well at my old role and I was given a heads up not to leave but I felt so burnt out (from multiple factors) that I thought moving onto something else would solve that issue for me, which it did not…
