Platforms: PC, Possibly a flash or HTML game? I tend to recall it being hosted on newgrounds
Year Of Release: Probably after 2016?
Graphics/Art Style: Very Ren & Stimpy and Nicktoons Inspired. Characters had over the top facial expressions and features like the main characters' butt were cartoonishly exaggerated. The game took place at night.

Notable Characters: Main guy with a stereotypical super hero with a cape and mask and stuff. One of the first bosses was a Skeleton dressed up like a tourist. I remember an animation of him leaving his coffin. I think the very first boss was a spider or something, but my memory's very hazy on that.

Notable Gameplay Mechanics: From what I remember it was very frustrating and not very fun looking. All of your attacks had a large wind up, and enemies would have unfair attacks. I remember the Skeleton tourist having a camera with flash on it he'd use to stun you, and I think instead of a jab like most Punch Out clones the main guys' attack was to make a V with his hands and poke both of his opponents' eyes. I also recall some sort of poison/venom mechanic for one of the bosses, but my memory is hazy.

I swear to god I remember parts of this game as clear as day, and have been searching for it for years. I saw some Let's Player (I think maybe Game Grumps or Stan Burdman but I've checked their videos and haven't been able to find this game) I have been thinking about it constantly, like I don't think the person i saw play it was obscure by any means, so this game has to be out there. I remember making posts about it here before, but looking through the history i wasn't able to find it.
It ISNT Creepy Brawlers, and I once found another boxing game with a Ren & Stimpy inspired art style (it advertised itself as being inspired by Nicktoons and stuff but the art didn't personally give me that vibe) which had furry animal characters, which I'm sure isn't it. (I can't find that one either but it doesn't matter much to me)
