Hello, I’m going under general anesthesia for an upcoming procedure and am unsure about the instructions. They say that no short acting insulin should be taken after midnight before the procedure. Does this mean I should just totally take my pump off the night before? Or should I just abstain from a large bolus and let the small automatic bolus keep going? This is my first operation of any kind with T1D.

(I am using a G7 and the Tandem Mobi)
