Accidentally ended up with 2 leases for next year — trying to relet Hub/Dean
So basically I’m a UIUC student and earlier this year Hub told me my original floor plan was unavailable, so I thought I needed to sign somewhere else. Then later they told me they actually had the room again already, but by then both leases were finalized.
So now I accidentally ended up with:
- a Hub lease
- and a Dean lease
Both are for 2026-2027 and both are in really good locations near campus.
I’m mainly trying to relet the Hub one:
- Hub Champaign
- 4x4 Primary
- private bedroom + private bathroom
- furnished
- shared kitchen/living area
Original price was around $1385/month but I’m willing to do around $1200-ish.
Dean is also possible if someone wants it:
originally around $1245/month, probably around $1100-ish.
Prices are negotiable.
Everything would go through the apartment’s official relet process.
The only catch is both apartments require full-year reletting, so if you only stay for fall semester you’d probably need to find someone for spring later yourself.
