TLDR
Share your U block experience here - https://forms.gle/wv5Bub5bAvZyLC4s9 trying to build a community where we know the reality
The U Block (DLF Phase 3) rental scene runs on half-truths.
Brokers will show you one flat, promise 24/7 water + “no issues”, and the moment you move in… reality hits different.
I’ve personally seen:
* “24/7 water” = tanker once a day 🚿
* “Fully maintained building” = broken lifts & garbage in stairs
* Super sweet landlords before deposit… impossible to reach after
Not saying every building is bad—but there’s zero transparency, and everyone finds out the hard way.
So I’m trying to crowdsource honest, anonymous reviews of buildings in U Block—what’s actually good, what to avoid.
