so i ran the command "taskkill /f /im explorer.exe

cd /d %localappdata%

del IconCache.db /a

del Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\iconcache* /f /q

start explorer.exe" all at once, i didnt run them line by line i ran them all at once, stupid of me i know, after that my icons disappeared, task manager stopped working (just wont open at all) some taskbar icons are blank, system restore doesn't work, and properties doesnt work, thats all the issues i know I'm sure theres more of them, i ran sfc scannow and DISM restore health but they didnt really do anything, my computer was just fine before running the command, if you know what it is please help me out.
