On my contract I’m contracted to 16 hours (extra way for me to make an income for family) a week, but on odd weekend when I’m unavailable like a birthday etc that I’m not getting paid for just a day off I don’t get my 16 hours I get 8? Do they have to find me my 16 hours elsewhere or do I have to deal with 8
