Panic but not really. How do you cope?
So for a couple hours, I try to sleep but I always end up waking up after a couple minutes of falling asleep. I don't wake up in a full blown panic but I feel that my breathing is off. I wake up feeling all light and smudgy. I can't feel my legs and my heart started racing but not leading to a full blown panic. I have light pain in my back but I assume it's muscular.
I feel like my anxiety has gotten more and more under control so it kind of freaks me out.
Has it ever happened to you? What do you do in these cases? I don't want to resort to taking Xanax
