Hello, I am an eBay seller who's been an active full time seller for a little over 1.5 years now, i have sold a bit over 3 thousand items and do eBay full-time. I sell mainly TCG singles and the occasional electronic and have been facing an incredibly off-putting issue regading the customer portal on the checkout page, i have shown an image as a reference. the majority of my profits come from the sale over bulk items, when cutomers put 10 seperate cards in their cart they are met with what i am showing in the first image now, litteraly ten seperate postage columns which look incredibly off-putting and confusing on big orders.
This issue persists even when i go to scan tracking, i have to scan it for each individual item sold, sometime having to scan the same barcode 50+ times for a single order because eBay treats them as being completely diferent orders even though they are all from different listings within my store.
Are there any fellow hig-volume sellers on eBay who can help me with this? i am completely lost and have tried absoloutely everything, i have enabled the combined-postage rule and have also enabled requested combined postage for customers. I have tried to find other people who have experienced this issue to no avail. This simply looks very bad and i cant even blame a customer for not purchasing something. Even GPT has been entirely unhelpful.
I know this is a fixable issue as i have tested the checkout process with other stores and they do not have the same issue, their checkout page looks very digestible and easy to navigate. Any help or advice is GREATLY appreciated. Thankyou in advance
