We have Thursday early entry and that early lineup convinced my group to do Wednesday instead. Do I just need to email? Do I email frontgate or lost lands directly? I've heard people say before that they can just hit the box office when they get there but id like to avoid that and just do it before hand, arrival and set up is stressful enough as it is.

I just wanted to know if there was another way besides the box office on site. I could have sworn last year people emailed the lost lands team to do this before hand but yall are down voting even the comment where I asked if thats really the only way 🙄 I'm type A when it comes to traveling, I just wanted to know if I could do it before hand.
