TLDR: has anyone been able to work remotely while at LL and have tips for someone who potentially has to work the afternoon of day 1 (screaming internally)?

I potentially have a conflict that has come up with work for day 1 of the main festival. I work remotely, so as long as I have a laptop and WiFi I can work.

Has anyone had experience with WiFi or signal at LL that’s strong enough? We’re staying at an air bnb 20+ miles away with one shared car, so coming later isn’t an option.

At this point, if I can’t figure out an alternative for that day, I feel like my only option is to upgrade that day to VIP for the VIP WiFi/charging lounge, and buy a locker for my work laptop.

I've taken some damage to my ears due to not wearing earplugs for the longest time. I love the clarity of music, vocals, instruments, bass, and transitions when not wearing any and always tried to avoid as much as I can by standing in areas where I felt there was "less damage" being done to my ears. But now after suffering the consequences I am looking to make change to prevent any further damages.

I've been looking into custom earplugs and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on companies that are best at lowering the bass without ruining clarity? Nothing like the Eargasms ones since I feel like these just muffle the sound completely. I got some recommendations on "Westone Laboratories" but was wondering if there are any companies that you guys would recommend from first hand experience?

Does anyone have cute or fun ways to display their trinkets? I'm trying to figure out a way to show mine off but doing want to just set them on a shelf and was hoping some of you may have creative ways to show yours

Can anyone tell me the times they got there and how long they waited in line?

I was thinking about getting there early Wednesday morning. But I don't want to have to walk incredibly far from the campsite to the festival!

If anyone could give me their stories of when they got there, how long it took, and where they ended up camping that would be excellent!

Driving in with a small group from Toronto. We are all experienced ravers. My partner and three of my other group members attended last year. I myself am going to Shambhala this year.

Anybody care to give some tips or advice?

I would like to avoid spending my money on places and businesses that participate and contribute towards the MAGA movement on the drive down. Any good food places/stores/gas station recommendations?The MAGA movement contradicts my values. I have not been down to the US since 2022 mostly due to my feelings about it. Also nervous on how we will be treated.

I am expecting to have to do some school work during the weekend, of course try my best to get every the ing done the week of. Will I be able to use my hotspot at Travis’?
Any other info about this off site camping/parking would be great!

So for car camping do we need an early arrival pass per car or per person?

Just got home from my first Forest yesterday, and the only thing it confirmed is that Lost Lands is in fact home and the best 😂

RV passes have been sold out for just about 6 months and there still no ticket thread post on here and Lost Lands is coming up fast ); Every fb group is scammy and no one selling them on radiate yet.
