any tips on how to get more consistent at stuns with a claw grip? i have like a 70% stun rate

How do i fight against low ping laggers that have a bad internet provider and take the kb of a high ms player but still have low ping advantages like getting first hits and 3 blocks, shi not fair at all, sword pvp deadass the gamemode were the more poor you are the more of an advantage you have
